Solved Keyboard Not Working Trackpad Is Green Light On Caps Lock Macbook Core 2 Duo

Hello! Some days ago i digged out my old macbook A1181 Early 2008. It wasnt working so i took it apart and managed to make it work again. today i just put a new Battery in. Besides the old batters there is another problem. I can barely remember me spilling Water on the macbook. The Trackpad, Powerputton, and Mouse Click works. but the Keyboard dosent. The Capslock light lights green but when i press it nothing happens. I Already cleaned the whole keyboard assembly with isopropyal alcohol, and put a new ribbon cable in. Still no Change. Any reccomandation on fixing this problem?
