keyboard works ocassionally and very unreliable . i have to use on screen keyboard and a driver update wont help. how do i solve?
There might be a problem with the keyboard that is built in, so try and find a keyboard removal guide and a replacement keyboard for it and do it that way. Or, it might be a problem with the keyboard connector.
