Hello!, my sister got one of these MSI GL72 6QF laptop and today she messaged me that her screen freezes after she put pressure near the WASD area on the keyboard the screen will be stuck afterwards untill you force shut off. Any help would be appreciated!
So the bracket holding the key board is broken and is contacting the mother board
