Hello everybody. last year my keyboard was replaced because 2 broken buttons. now i recognized that my backlight is not working. i did not recognized it earlier because i never used it but now i tried and i saw that it does not work. What can i do? and no i don´t have guarantee anymore. Thanks for helping!
Take off your cover and review Step 17 diagram on the location of the ribbon cable. Is it seated correctly? Or, does it appear damaged?
