Hi all, my MacBook Air keyboard all of a sudden has stopped working! No damage to it to suggest why. I have tried control, option, shift and power all together whilst it is on and plugged in but it just completely blacks the screen and turns it off immediately ! The keyboard works at the login page but stops working as soon as I am logged in and the mouse appears in the top left hand corner. Any ideas all welcome thank you!
Do you have a second Mac system? If you do can you connect your air to it to gain access to the drive via Target Disk Mode? How to use target disk mode to move files to another computer. The idea here is to be able to run a good antivirus/malware app and MacOS’s Disk Utility to make sure the OS & apps aren’t corrupted.
