Hello, Since I’ve replaced the battery by a new one, both trackpad and keyboard doesn’t work. I tried without battery and with my old battery but I got the same issue. So I bought a new trackpad cable and the trackpad and keyboard are still inoperative.. I can use the mac just with a extern mouse and keyboard. I’ve tried SMC, PRAM, delite .plist and nothing work. Thanks for your help

I would replace the Retina MacBook Pro 13" Trackpad Flex Cable cable which is a common failure on this series. The symptoms you describe where both the keyboard & trackpad are not working centers around either the cable or the trackpad as its the common points for this problem.

Check for any dislodged / missing components near the edges of the main logic board where you may have possibly used a pry card around those areas as that’s the only other thing I can think of that’s causing the keyboard and trackpad to stop working.
