Hey guys.. I just bought an Iphone 6s plus from a guy on a place like eBay. He said that the screen has been replaced and there is nothing else wrong with it. I came home and the phone suddenly shouted down. I could not turn it on again with the power button so i reset the phone with home and power buttons. It turned on and a couple of hours after, it shutted down again. I had to use same method for turning it on again. I opened the phone for see the inside and there was a couple of screws missing :(. So it seems to be a very unprofessional guy who was replaced it. The battery seems to be new and is not bended or damaged. What can it be? I have checked the serial number on apple.com for battery replacement but the serial number is not included in their “battery replacement” program. And the warranty is gone anyway. The phone goes off randomly. Sometimes in my pocket and other times on the table. So what can it be? A screew i have too see if it is there?? The new screen?? Thanks :)

Needs a new battery. Also make sure you discharge the phone, holding down the power button for about four seconds, after you’ve disconnected everything iPhone 6s Battery iPhone 6s Battery Replacement

Honestly, if you have any recourse with this eBay-like site, I would ask for a refund. This guy sold you damaged goods (probably knowingly). What a coincidence that he sells his phone shortly after having it fixed by someone who did a poor job. Now you are stuck with a non-functional device that will require additional expense. Stand up for you consumer rights!

Hello, so sorry to hear about your issue. This is actually a common issue among the iPhone 6s plus. I personally had a very similar issue with the same phone, mine just completely shut off and would not come back on. All i did was take it to apple, they took the phone in and with in 3 days, i had received a brand new iPhone 6s plus in the mail. These kind of issues are technically not fixable just yet, so your best bet is to take it to your nearest apple store, or call them and send it in. Regardless of the warranty being out, this is not your fault, and they have to replace it. Hope this was of some help. Have a good day!

@Muhamad, your are wrong, Apple won’t replace the iphone and they will not repair it becouze a thirt party have “worked” at the phone, and try to repair things, they will see that screws are missing etc).

I also am having that problem my iPhone 6s plus will shut down almost as soon as I set it down every time. Except when it is plugged in it will stay on all night /day. This started after screen replacement. And I took it into have it fixed yesterday it’s not battery they say. Yet they say they can’t figure it out either. So basically told me good luck. So I am going to remove screen again and see if there is a loose connection somewhere. But just letting you know it is happening to these phones apparently.
