the phone was dropped which caused the screen to lift, shorting out the touch and shortly after caused the phone to restart over and over with a blue screen of death. replaced the whole screen assembly which fixed the touch and other issues for a couple hours. started blue screening again, so i updated to ios 9 which again fixed it for a few hours and the blue screen is gone. but now its on the plug in to itunes screen with continuous restarts. help?
Put it into dfu mode. Then restore to a backup. Hopefully you have a backup
I would try holding power and home buttons for 10 seconds, if not then trade it in for a new one.
