Picture is watchable but have started getting lines. Makes picture look “hazy”. Doesn’t extend all the way to top. Replacement t-con (used) improved it to this.
@jimgmaker that looks like an issue with the LCD driver board (for all intent and purposes) that is a part of the panel. Since you already changed the T-Con board, your next step would be to check all the ribbon cables to make sure that they are seated right and clean all the connectors.
