Hello! I have a 40" JVC JVC LT-40C860 TV which has an error on the Netflix app, since every time I try to play anything back, it won’t work and gives an error. The error code is tvq-pb-101. I know it’s device-specific, because Netflix works on all the other devices in the house. When I researched this, there were various recommendations: Unplugging the TV for 60 seconds and trying again.Unplugging the modem for 10 min and then trying again. I’ve already tried those several times but this problem is not fixed. I have also logged out of Netflix on the device and back in several times, but no change. I think there might be an issue with the app itself and if I could uninstall and reinstall the app, it should be possible to fix this However, I haven’t been able to figure out how to delete the Netflix app, since the only thing that shows up under TV settings / Netflix is Deactivate or just the ESN number. I’m not sure how to solve this issue. There is no menu item that says “Apps” unlike on more recent TV models. I also can’t find a reset option, which ought to reset the TV to factory settings. Any help would be highly appreciated.
Hi @audiocurry, Here’s the user manual for the TV. On p.37 it shows how to delete apps and on p.46 it shows how to reset the TV back to factory default settings. Are these two procedures missing from your TV?
