I have a model E551i-A2 and it to just went “White” on me… is there a fix or is it time for the trash?
miknight could be a bad T-con board as well as a bad LCD. Take a look at the board and see if you can make out some obvious damage. Otherwise you could replace the board for ~$30USD and hope it fixes it.
