My iPod hasn’t been playing music for some time now. The clicker still makes noise and I can hear feed back when I plug in the head phones, but when I play a song I don’t hear any sound. My library is all there so I don’t think it’s a harddrive issue. does anyone know what the problem might be? Is there anywhere where I could send it to get refubished?
Hi try to play music via the dock connector. If there’s no sound either, you most likely have a bad logic board. I’ve had the same issue with one of my iPods, all i could hear was a very faint sound when set to max. volume.
Check the old headphone jack to see if the tip is broken off.
