Hello, I have a kenmore h e top load washer that my wife over loaded with blankets. came back to it humming and full of water. ran the diagnostics for calibration and the agitator runs but then stops and the humm starts, then nothing…KENMORE AUTOMATIC WASHER MODEL #11026002010
I fixed it! Took off the pump and cleaned it out. I found a piece of plastic that was jamming it….fixed!!!!
Try unplugging it for five minutes to allow it to reset.
