I bought a JBL Go 2 for Christmas, and it only turns on when I plug it in. There is a blinking white dot. While plugged in it works perfectly, connects to bluetooth and plays music, but as soon as I plug the cable out it turns off and wont turn on. It was on charger for more than a day so I dont think its not charged. Its brand new, bought in december. I tried these things which I found on this page (reset and etc) but it didn’t help. Any solutions or should I return it?
Hi, I would return it as it is that new it should work correctly straight out of the box. It seems as though there is a charging problem or a battery problem but I suggest that you do not void the warranty by opening it up to find out what the problem is. If a device is still covered by the warranty, use it. That’s what it is there for.
