Phone have a issue of slow charging, Heating charging Ic makes phone dead.
Radip Tolange sounds like your reflow attempt either burned the power management IC or some other part on the board. Post some pictures of your motherboard pointing out where you heated it up. You will have to use a meter and check for other failed components.Adding images to an existing question
