I tried to factory reset my laptop but every time I try to boot it up, it will just tell me to reset and the cycle would repeat. This started to happen when my laptop was updated to windows 10. why?
It wont have a factory reset as such as Windows 10 was NOT installed at the factory.
But you can do it from a USB flash drive as follows:
Download the Windows 10 “MediaCreationTool” and make a bootable USB flash drive.
