I got my I phone 5 wet’dried it out completely’still won’t power up how cani figure out what is wrong
Ok. So, you’re going to have to open the phone up. Disconnect the battery and the lightning dock and display assembly. Use 90 proof isopropyl alcohol, or higher, and probably a q tip to clean the entire logic board and most importantly the connectors to these three items. Then, you’re going to have to trouble shoot which of these is faulty from the water damage. Hopefully, just hopefully it’s one of these and not another more serious component. There are no guarantees, when you mix water with electronics. Good luck
