I just took my mixer, out of the box, for the first time. Ready to use it will not turn on.All you hear is the motor running, humming nose.Checked everything, to make sure it was ok.Even unplugged it, still the same Is there something that i’m missing ? Model # KSM150PSMC Serial # W60762291 Purshased date 11/25/2016 Would love, to use my new mixer. Waiting for a reply. Thank you Jan Barron
jan this is a brand new mixer. At this time I would suggest that you return it. Does not make sense to have you mess with it if you can still return it. Unless of course it is an operator issue. So double check your owners manual to make sure .
