it will not charge. Changed battery - can it be fixed if it had a power serge or incorrect outlet when charging it?
@aileen03, aileen, If you have already replaced the battery with a good quality rechargeable/compatible battery, perhaps try another compatible charger or try connecting the USB cable with the camera and the computer to see if charges. If you suspect the camera has had a power serge, probably not cost effective to have repaired as they can be found used for just over$12.00 and new for $50.00 or less.
