Chosen Solution
I have a brand new LG (2 weeks) and it turns on immediately after I shut it down. I have nothing else plugged to it other than the power cord and it just turns on by itself within seconds of me turning it off. It’s maddening. its not settings, like auto-on or anything like that.
wcolon1981 since this is a new TV you really don’t want to try anything but calling the LG support number. If there is anything wrong with the TV you should get it fixed under warranty.
