my ipod stays frozen nd it doesnt connect to itunes… any suggestions????
Martin, Have you tried connecting to iTunes and performing a hard reset. That will either return it to working order or take you to the next step which means repair. Good luck!
I have a similar problem and had to put it in disk mode to get the computer to see it then I did a restore however it will not reset? Any suggestions
