I purchased a iphone 5s and it says Sim not supported. What do i do.
Means the phone is network locked and you can use 3Utools on computer to check the country it was purchased from including activation lock check.
You should be able to look up, on a free site, using your imei number, on the back of your phone. It’s on the bottom. It should tell you some info about your phone, including the carrier
