when I insert my simcard it says network not available
Hi @sphembelu , Try you SIM card in another network compatible phone to see if it works OK. If it works it proves that the SIM card is OK Try a different known working network compatible SIM card in your phone and see if it works OK. If it also doesn’t work in your phone it proves that there is a problem with the SIM card reader in your phone.
