We discovered that the Playstation 4 at our vacation house was dysfunctional. Possibly it was damaged in a lightning surge. It wouldn’t power on at all. I replaced the power supply and now it powers on, but it produces no image on the screen. what would you replace next?
I would check the HDMI ic chip and the resistors and diodes around the chip and HDMI port. One or more of those components are likely bad.
