I have a Hisense TV model number 50K610GW it has sound but no picture I was looking online and I saw where it might be a problem with the t con board is this true that the t-con board can be the problem. Remove back and plug TV in and noticed that back lights were in fact working. Please help.

Randy Smith  yes, it is possible. Measure the fuse on your T-con board for continuity and after you turn tth TV on mesasure the voltage going to the fuse. It is more common for the main board to have issues when the screen is totally black, so you do want to check on that as well.
