Does anyone know what is happening with the iPhone 7+ cameras? I work for a high volume e-commerce reseller , and we are seeing a lot of bad cameras. We replace the cameras, perform an update when needed and the cameras still don’t work. We try multiple cameras with no resolution. Does anyone know what is happening or know of a fix? Is this a board level issue?
Board level problem. I see this a lot on the 7 plus. I think it’s something to do with the rear camera that was originally on the phone causing a short circuit after a drop when it stops working which damages components on the logic board.
