Hi, I recently replaced the battery and celebrated the battery several times and reset the SMC. Even after all the celebration the battery drops suddenly in percentage and dose not hold charge for more then 3 hours. I formatted the mac, reinstalled new OS and ran test just with you tube running on safari. Could it be issue with the battery?
Yes, it does sound like you got a bad battery. Contact the store directly to get a replacement.
