Is it fine to use regular 95% medical alcohol for water damage instead of isopropyl alcohol?
Your 95% is only 5% water and probably less water than most off the shelf isopropyls. I use methanol as it is usually purer.
Ishay Frenkel, not sure what you are referring to as “medical alcohol” (our medical alcohol is still isopropyl), but yes it is okay to use. Hope this helps, good luck.
