Hey. Someone has sent me an image of their broken screen on a 6s. They said the black marks are from water damage. Will a regular screen replacement fix this? Don’t want to say to them it will if it won’t. Pics (https://imgur.com/a/IjWmXi7) Thanks <3
Those marks are not from water damage, that is physical damage from cracking the screen. Anyway replacing the screen will fix the issue. Just a heads up, make sure to get full screen assembly (can be pre-assembled with front camera / speaker or not pre-assembled meaning parts will need to be transferred from old screen) and not a piece of glass.
