Hey, my old iPhone 6 got run over by a snow groomer (lol) and got pretty rekt. The internals appear to be intact except for the charger doesn’t seem to be connected/functioning as I can’t turn it on. Screen is a total loss, except maybe the home button? http://imgur.com/a/pbWMT Update (07/25/2017) Ordering a charging port to see if this will let me turn it on, or if some other internals are damaged too. I’ll keep this thread updated when the charging port arrives on Friday. Update (07/28/2017)

Found the culprit. Not going to replace yet as the case is so bent that I’m worried I would break the replacement part. Looks like the ear speaker as well as the home button are in tact as well, so it shouldn’t be too expensive to replace the rest. i’m not going to replace the battery as it is unbent (except for like 3-5 degrees the last for mm) and completely fine, unless you guys think it is imperative.

Well warped but it seems right in the middle. The lightning dock is probably damaged but it’s not an expensive repair. Battery might have been damaged as well. You’re maybe in luck and apart from the housing, screen and those two parts the rest is fine..can’t see top part from the pictures. Try replacing battery and dock and see what happens.

Maybe you can change the charging port, Lcd assembly replacement parts, front camera and battery to have a try and it will costs less than 100 dollars. As the backhousing is deformation so the LCD screen may not assemble well.
