I want to take the battery and chargeport or even half the board of this mp4 player.

And put it in this mouse to be rechargable.

Is this possible or am i just wasting my time? Thanks for any answers or ideas.

Sorry, this is not going to work with the battery you have. You’ll note the battery is marked as 180mAh 3.7 ~ 4.2 volts. Looking at your mouse it is using one AA battery which is 2400 mAh 1.5 Volts (typical drain 50 mA). The easer way is just get a AA rechargeable and use it using the current battery connectors.
