Hello, Does the reddish top capacitor looked bulged to you?

When in doubt switch it out . To test it is to pull it so just switch it out . the capacitor doesnt look like its broken a seam but it does look like its leaking . Use a magnifying glass and check for a break in the seam close to the center where the red is on the seam as for bulging you need to provide a side view for that
The red top could be ink or something else. Generally, leaking electrolyte will not leave a red residue. If you want to be certain, remove the capacitor and test it with a multimeter that has capacitance or even better with an LCR meter. A side view would be better but the capacitor does not look bulged.
