I broke the tabs while removing the battery so I used force but no heat there is something showing near the bottom and I don’t know if it’s dangerous?
Hello. I haven’t dealth with iPhone batteries, but wrinkles like that are usually harmless (unless the whole battery is wrinkled and curled). On the other, looking at the photos, there is an indication of a slight puncture (the silver showing through). In this case, I would dispose of the battery as soon as you can and replace it. Considering this is an iPhone 6s, unless you have recently had the battery replaced, I would recommend replacing the battery anyway, so you can keep using the phone for longer.
