Is thermal grease/paste also electrically conductive? I’ve seen phone line repairmen squeeze a dollop of this clear grease into a phone jack before they plug a RJ11 in and they tell me that it’s an electrically-conductive grease that prevents moisture from interfering with the connection but conducts electricity fine.
