As per the title, I found lots of website that claim to check for activation lock, but lots of them were misrepresenting the device (one told me it was a 16 gb version, the other a 128+ gb, when it’s a 64 gb one) so I’m curious to know if they can be reliable. Thanks!
Apple shutdown their website for checking activation lock. I don’t know of any reliable site that does this now although someone else may have done more research and found a good one. Why exactly do you need this? Are you considering buying a pre-owned device? The best way is to check it in-person. If it’s a remote purchase maybe ask them for a brief video tour of the settings to confirm it is unlocked.
