My jitterbug was left in pants pocket and went through the wash cycle and even though we dried it out and put it in rice for a day it still does not work. Is there any hope h for the phone to work again if the battery is replaced?
Hi, Rice is good to eat but does nothing to fix the problems caused by a mix of liquids and electronics. First remove the battery from the device, then follow this guide about how to clean the device and hopefully get it working again. Electronics Water Damage
