i damaged a part of PCB at power button area is it repairable ? Update (01/01/2017) some micro part see this attachment

That is some jacked up ish. Is that just globbed solder on the pads? Are any of the small components missing or damaged there? If I were you I would just buy some contacts and just solder them back on, all you need is a heat gun with a concentrating nozzle and some flux. I’d clean all of that solder off of there, clean it up with iso alcohol and then take a picture.

When you connect UART cable on Note 4 then it turns on without pressing powerbutton. Try on Note 5, it might work.
I have the same problem but, i want to open up the phone to see whats wrong but i have another problem. My back glass of my Note 5 is all cracked. Would there be a problem if i remove the back glass if its all cracked?
