router is not receving power from the cable. can the router be repaired? if yes how much does it cost???????? awaiting your reply…
To start with have you tried a second power transformer. If you look on the bottom of the unit you should find a diagram which will tell you the units power requirements. I would suspect it needs 12volts 1Amp and the plugs inner core is the positive contact. Please double check this and locate the needed unit. What happens when you plug in the other unit and you press the power button? Does any LED’s light up at all?
