Chosen Solution
I encontered a problem with my Samsung A10s, the loud speaker was not working properly, I opened the device to see the inside and I saw no screws on the speaker black cover, I think the tecnician who repaired the screen forgot to put it back on or he stole the screws, but my main concern is if i have to get those screws back on to fix the speaker.
while i cant speak for this phone. some do need to have the speaker mounted with screws as thier contacts for the speaker need to be held in place. so odds are unless the speaker has a ribbon cable that you can see it will also need to be help in place with the missing screws. hope this helps. you should honestly contact the repair guy that fixed your phone to get it replaced properly.
