Hi, is there any possible to format in Windows 7/8/10 the SSD (built-in drive) once I was already deleted the Recovery disk or Preload. Thanks Arnie
You should be able to order a recovery disk from Dell. You’ll need the systems S/N and the Microsoft license key (either a card or a sticker on the laptop). Give Dell a call
