I don’t know how it happened, but the MinoHD glass cover on the back has cracked right in the middle of the camera’s view. I thought, I could just take out the glass, however, this would leave the internals of the camera exposed. I cannot find a replacement glass and I’m not sure why Flip made the lens so fragile for something that can fit in your pocket. Anyone help?
fist of all - i did not find a replacement glass online - but i would first try to contact the customer support: http://www.theflip.com/en-us/support/ it’s better to use glass instead of any plastic cover (plastic would also break and the scratches on plastic are really bad)
