Bought this laptop from a local seller over craigslist, it runs OK, however, when doing reset and try to set it up again, found MDM screen (remote management control enrollment) shows up, though I get it bypassed (no connection with WIFI, but connect internet after that), is there a way I can have it totally cleaned up at all, so, next time when doing reset, it won’t show up again? The current OS it is running is Mojave. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!

You’ll need to contact the systems owner to see if they are willing to release it (in this example IBM is the owner) , if not return the system to the seller and get your money back.
