Sorry pal, but there has never been an iPhone manufactured with a micro SD card slot, but Android and Linux based phones typically do in some occasions if you would like to have a phone with a micro SD card slot.
No. But there are two versions of iPhone 7p (intel and qualcomm). If you looked under a microscope you would see some but not all of the chips are in different places. The connectors however would all be the same. But an SD card slot? Definitely fake.
