How do I know if the problem is the battery and not the battery cable?
If you’re asking about the flex cable attached to the battery itself, it doesn’t really matter what went wrong because the whole battery will need to be replaced to fix either of those issues. If you’re asking about the charging cable that is included with your phone, there are a couple ways to test it. Try a different cable, try a different charging block, try a different wall outlet. If all of these thing’s aren’t working, it’s more than likely to be a faulty battery.
