I have an iphone 6 and my friend replaces phone screens but he has an iphone 5 therefore he has a repair kit for the 5, could he use the same tools for my phone once ive bought my screen? Or do i have to get the whole kit, tools and all?
All the tools should be the same. There are 2 pentalobe screws on both phones and the procedure for opening both are basically the same. You just need the new screen for the phone and your friend can use his tools to fix it.
