I purchased V8 Absolute plus in January this year. The hard floor roller has lost a bit of it’s stand up brush part between the red and blue section. This is hampering performance. Is this covered by warranty please?
Hi, Perhaps not the answer you want but the warranty may differ between countries. I suggest that you consult the User manual that came with your vacuum cleaner (or go online to find Dyson warranty for your country). It mostly states that the cleaner is guaranteed for 2 years against faults in manufacture of the cleaner. This is at their discretion. If they deem that the user caused the problem you may be out of luck. You may have to contact Dyson and ask them as to whether it is covered or not. If they state that it isn’t covered by the warranty, you should express your disappointment that you thought that you were buying a “quality” product and didn’t expect it to fail in such a short period of time through normal usage. Stay calm and give them a chance to hopefully resolve the problem for you
