I have an Iphone 6, the GPS is not working and I took it to the service, they said the warranty is not valid since it has a hit in the lower-left part of the telephone and the antenna located there is damaged, Is there a GPS antenna really there ? (close to the earphone plug) or Are they trying to fool me?
Unlikely you’ll be able to complain to customer service. I mean you could, and it’s possible if you make their day difficult enough, they’ll do something for you. I know I’ve given the customer what they wanted, so they’d just go away. Smart phones are a lot more fragile than most people think. Sounds to me like you would have to have a chip replaced on the logic board. Could be cheap. Try Jessa Jones at iPad Rehab
