The update released last year on the 19th July 2017 unfortunately I wasn’t able to update my iPhone 5 due to not getting the screen replaced however just recently I had got my phone fixed and now it’s stuck on the progress bar and Apple logo is it possible to still update the said device to iOS 10.3.3
Yes. iOS 10.3.3 is the last iOS update to the iPhone 5. IF it gets stuck try putting it into recovery mode.
