I want to order the replacement battery with the kit, can you send the battery and parts to Singapore?
iFixit does not ship to any countries that are not on their list. luckily Singapore is in it! But the bad news Lithium-ion battery can’t be shipped due to air cargo restrictions! At this time, orders containing lithium-ion batteries can only be shipped using the Standard shipping method, which has limited the shipping methods and delivery destination availability for orders containing lithium-ion batteries. Due to these restrictions, iFixit can only ship lithium-ion batteries inside the US. You can learn more about battery shipment restrictions and delivery timeframes here.
I’m in the UK and I’ve had laptop batteries which have been shipped from the Far East so it’s certainly possible. It’s up to the vendor to fond a carrier which will accept lithium batteries.
