Many people online say that it is very difficult to remove and replace the Surface Pro 4 screen but your 7 step process makes it look rather easy. Why do others make it sound like it’s such a hard, lengthy process? Also, can the screen be replaced if part of the frame is bent?

Hi! Here on iFixit we don’t make things “look” easy. We show the process of replacing/ repairing stuff, in your case the screen, the way it is. It’s a pretty straight forward process for the Surface Pro 4, but the fact that you need heat to loosen the adhesive (of which there is plenty of, make no mistake here) makes it look difficult for most. About the dent/ bent chassis… it depends how bad it is. You could attach a picture to show us. Adding images to an existing question
